Even Wonder Woman likes to add some stylish feminine touches to her outfit. Recently, Gal Gadot was seen wearing a chic white dress and matching white pumps as she attended the launch event for Gucci’s latest perfume at the Bowery Hotel in Soho, New York. The 30-year-old actress is currently the ambassador for the brand’s Bamboo fragrance and seems to be embracing the various benefits that come with the position.
Venturing out: Earlier this week, Gal Gadot was seen sporting a chic white dress and stylish white pumps as she attended a lunch event to introduce Gucci’s latest fragrance at the Bowery Hotel in New York’s vibrant Soho neighborhood.
In a casual chat with Entertain This! at the gathering, the Israeli actress expressed her delight by saying, “I don’t mean to boast, but I’m really happy. It’s like a child in a candy store.” Known for her role as Wonder Woman in the movie Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Gal looked radiant and charming during the lunch. She humorously mentioned that it took ‘two hours of hair and makeup’ to achieve her stunning look, jokingly adding, ‘seriously, at 8 am, I was not looking like this.’
The star even took to Instagram previously to share a selfie of her getting ready by a professional make-up artist and hair stylist, captioning it with ‘Good times! #Guccibamboo.’
Gorgeous dark-haired woman: The Israeli actress, aged 30, who now portrays Super Woman, is also the ambassador for Gucci’s Bamboo fragrance.
In all white attire: The brown-haired beauty looked stunning in a snug dress that grazed just above her knees.
The actress opted for a more relaxed look as she made her way to the Bowery Hotel early in the morning, sporting a black trench coat-inspired jacket over a white shirt with ‘Day Dream’ written across it in bold black letters.
The former Miss Israel flaunted her tall 5ft 10ins frame in form-fitting black leggings and black flats.
Gal, who has a three-year-old daughter named Alma with her Israeli businessman husband of seven years, Yaron Varsano, has been busy promoting her superhero role lately.
All set to go: The ex-Miss Israel swiftly hopped into the rear of a sleek, black SUV.
Coming together as a team: The actress openly shared on her Instagram a stunning photo, revealing that achieving her flawless look required two hours of hair and makeup. She recently joined the Women Who Kick A** panel at Comic-Con in San Diego alongside Gwendoline Christie from Game Of Thrones and Hayley Atwell from Agent Carter.
For Gal, kicking a** comes naturally, thanks to the combat skills she acquired during her two-year service as a soldier with the Israeli Defense Forces. In a recent interview with Fashion magazine, she mentioned how her military background has prepared her well for Hollywood.
The actress showed up at the venue at 7.30am in a casually stylish outfit, looking much more relaxed and comfortable.
With a big smile on her face, the stunning 5ft 10ins actress flaunted her slender legs in a pair of black skinny jeans. Gal had previously wowed Fast & Furious director Justin Lin back in 2008 with her extensive knowledge of weapons, and she even performed her own stunts in the three films she appeared in for the popular franchise.
All of this experience will undoubtedly serve her well for her upcoming roles in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, set to be released on March 25, and her character’s standalone film, Wonder Woman, scheduled for 2017. This will mark the first time the iconic character will grace the big screen in its 70-year history, following Lynda Carter’s portrayal of Wonder Woman from 1975 to 1979 on ABC.
In an interview with Fashion Wonder Woman, an elated Gal described the character as the ultimate symbol of strength, expressing how surreal it felt to be part of a movie that has had such a profound impact on women everywhere.
Superhero women: The latest Wonder Woman made an appearance at Comic-Con in San Diego on Saturday during the Women Who Kick A** panel, alongside Gwendoline Christi from Game of Thrones and Hayley Atwell from Agent Carter.
Watch out for her: Actress Gal Gadot will be showing off her badass warrior skills in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, hitting theaters on March 25. She’ll also be reprising her role in her own standalone film, Wonder Woman, set to be released in 2017.
