Talented Scarlett Johansson’s Hilarious Portrayal of Katie Britt on SNL

For this week’s cold open, Colin Jost from Saturday Night Live pulled some strings and managed to get Scarlett Johansson to play the role of Senator Katie Britt in a chilling State of the Union response.

Following Mikey Day’s portrayal of Joe Biden enjoying a Celsius drink and mimicking the President’s reaction to Marjorie Taylor Greene’s MAGA outfit, the sketch moved on to Britt’s well-known kitchen scene.

“This evening, I am stepping into the role of the intimidating mother for auditions,” she announced, introducing herself as “a spouse, a parent, and the most eccentric person you’ll encounter in the Target parking area.”

Britt, as portrayed by Johansson, mentions that she is in the kitchen to connect with female voters as she believes that “women have a soft spot for kitchens.”

Claiming she wasn’t putting on a show, she then mimicked Britt’s peculiar behavior, adding humorously, “Watch out, I’m about to get oddly alluring for no apparent cause.”
